Awesome, thank you. I'm glad. I've done portions of a kitchen with it (like a small island or a separate section of counter area). It's pretty high maintenance for an entire counter unless you use some epoxy finish. Those boards I made were from a leftover piece from a large piece I used in a kitchen.

As a digsafe ticket clearing person/gas pipeline tech im going to start by saying thank you for even calling digsafe. Youd be surprised how many dont and almost nail us. Had one auger up a fiber optic cable and shut a town down so far this year and miss us by about a foot.
At two feet away, if the gas company is competent, theyre going to make you either hand dig and expose their line before you mechanically excavate, or hand dig the root anyways..

 

might be better off just getting a stump grinder...

I have two roots I’m my front lawn I need to address.
Need to expose it and cut the surfaced area. One of my many outdoor projects..

 

2nd on the grinder...that thought occurred to me last night too.

In Massachusetts it's the law. Anytime a shovel goes in the ground the state wants Dig Safe inspection first. The laws are a lot stricter after the gas line explosion in Boston. No Dig Safe inspections home owner gets fined. The utility companies were here in an hour the last time I called Dig Safe.

Only one shrub is kind of close to the gas line and that one may have to be hand dig. The shrub on the opposite side of the shrub near the gas line is out I maybe able to dig from the opposite side away from the gas line and pull the shrub away from the gas line. I don't know if this makes sense.

I want to completely remove the root ball instead of covering it up. I may plant more shrubs in the future and a enclose porch foundation is gong in, where the shrubs root ball is going to be in the way.

The driveway has a covered up stump. It's in the way of widening the driveway.

After the whole yard is excavated the shed is going up for the snowblower. No more single stage blower. YAAAAAAAAAAAA
