    Slept ok until about 3, arm was killing me again and woke me up. Might have slept on it too long. Toss and turn since. Now I've got a headache and chills.

    Tylenol and sleep worked for me. I only felt shitty for about 36 hours. Arm and joints hurt for about 3 days.

    Side affects are interesting as they seem to be all over the map. I had nothing after the first shot except for a day of a sore spot on my arm. Second shot was the same for 24 hrs, after that I was doing my workout and had little energy and by the time I was done had a bad case of the chills. Spent the rest of the night under a big blanket watching TV, next day felt fine until I did some cardio work, then it seems like I ran out of lungs. That happened the next day also.

    Had one son that got some good affects after the first shot (all the flu affects) for a couple days and a second son that got some fatigue and a headache for a day. Both of them are waiting for their second shot.

    fell back asleep for a couple hours...feel a bit better now.
    is short term memory loss a side effect or am i still groggy from just waking up? threw a pod in my kuerig and made a cup. poured from the little cup that fits in the machine into my bigger mug that doesn't fit. brewed a second to fill the big cup. brewed a third and realized that my mug was already full. no recollection of brewing that second cup until that moment :laugh:
