What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Decided I couldn't wait for the weekend to do something that was effectively just unscrewing and rescrewing two bolts.

Decided not to space the DuroBumps down like I had to with the OEM's to prevent tire contact in the top of the fender well, we'll see how it plays, they looked plenty long enough, I even had to jack the truck up to get them (well the torque wrench/socket really) in and I'm lifted 3".

Also stopped at the dealer to say hi to a friend and get parts.

 

This makes me cringe... the pet hair smh

 

I see you wandered into the second gen section. Maybe head back to the third gen section.

 

I've got about 1/2 an inch between the drop and the skid. Do you guys think that's fair enough?

 

Should be plenty, especially if you're not bashing on rocks.

I have bashed on rocks, just a little, and mine only flexed 1/4 at the very most. They are thicker and reinforced ones but still.
