Do you use Lightroom Classic or just Lightroom?

I accidentally opened regular Lightroom when setting up my new computer and almost flipped out on how different it was, thank god they still offer Lightroom Classic lol.

I switched over from Classic to the new one and I'm paying for it with my time, but I have to say I'm much happier with its performance and workflow as I get more proficient

I feel with your fear of spiders you should set it on fire and get new gear.

My leg pads, blocker and helmet are relatively new, maybe a few years old. That's almost $2k in equipment right there not counting everything else.

Everything else is probably due for replacement though

yeah I'm sure I'd get used to it eventually, haven't really gone through it just didn't like how different the interface was...seems like they made it even more user friendly by simplifying it down a bunch. I doubt they got rid of features though, probably just need to run through it a few times to figure it out.

As long as Classic is around though I'm happy

Yeah goalie gear is ridiculously expensive. I have a nice glove and blocker Itech Profile 9000about 15 years old and only used them 2 times. Just the glove and blocker was almost a grand.

Yeah I really need to replace my glove that's nearly 20 years old lol. But a good glove that's broken in and all is hard to replace.

Its getting to where the padding is breaking down in it though and a shot square to the palm hurts like fuck

The features are all still there and ready to be expanded, it just starts you out with the more common ones opened for quick use but you can expand them into their full menus too. It's more inline with how bridge and Photoshop are laid out now. I rather like it and only really get pissy when it takes over 5 mins to find something. But eventually classic is gonna be deprecated, so I figured I'd switch while the subject manner of what I'm editing is interesting. I do miss the direct Flickr integration though.
