So i'm just spitballin but it potentially seems that GTII duped all the brokers.
Like 'yeah we're gonna make a dividend warrant tell your brokers about it'
*brokers that have no idea what to do scramble to give everyone placeholders for their shares as people ask about it obsessively*
*GTII officially sends the warrants out a week later hoping brokers/DTC/everyone notice the difference in warrant and share count and why it's a problem, likely gets their lawyers on board too*
Big ol GOTCHA to everyone, that will be severely hard to hide.
Also i think this one may also be getting to that point where it'll be hard to lose as a long. Assuming their management doesn't run off with fat bonus checks, they'll be able to raise enough capital off this to start an okay business no matter what type of product or service they decide to follow through with
