Well I got some good news. The insurance company gave me a price for replacement where I was planning to argue them to based on my own comps research, then said that I had a better level of insurance on the plan they did not consider so that value will go up AND they will add value to the aftermarket parts in places. I do need to go pull the sliders, bed rack and RTT off of the truck though. I haven't even started arguing yet. Didn't see that coming. So far Allstate is being alright, much to my surprise.

They did drop me on my head a few times. OK... MORE than a few times.

 

My dash camera has more than paid for itself just in the peace of mind it offers from not getting screwed in a situation like this. Glad to hear it's working out OK.

 

that's OK. a buddy of mine would say a busch a day makes it all OK

 

Yeah I am 100% getting a dashcam once I get my replacement.

 

Pretty sure the reason for the head drops was my dad's coors light consumption. Makes sense that busch would be the fix. Might need more than one a day though.
