    Anybody want to buy a go kart? yeah I know its messy

    the kart has enough "fun" projects to keep you going
    -needs pedals that work (I can't weld and bolting everything is a headache)
    -steering works but could be improved
    - gear ratio is off and has 0 torque, giant tires, and being very reinforced doesn't help but a bigger sprocket won't fit so a torque converter would be needed
    - my auto tech teacher once told me a good go kart doesn't need good brakes because you just let off the gas, it has brakes they just are mechanical and the cable will break before you stop

    The good
    - once it actually starts going it sure is a "thrill" a bit of fear too
    -will not break structurally, built like a tank, and if you wanted bigger than a 6.5 hp engine it could take it
    - the hard part of getting a frame is done now you can experiment on what will make it fast.
    - Has a kill switch ;)



    I just want to get some money back since I'm going off to college and I don't know where to keep it.
