More cheers from another local here. I'll be keeping an eye out for your rig around town. That's a sweet looking truck. :hattip:

Do you mind if I ask what components your setup consists of? I'm on the brink of upgrading from my current setup (OEM TRD Pro Fox 2.5s with a Headstrong AAL in the rear and a Westcot spring perch in the front). I was looking at King setups, as well as the Old Man Emu BP-51s and the Fox 2.5 adjustable setups. I'm having a hard time deciding, and it looks like everyone is basically out of stock on everything anyway.

They line up, it’s just not installed. Like mentioned I’m waiting on the @MESO Total Taillight kit because I need to pull the tail lights to install the Bed Stiffeners. You have to drill a hole for one of the fasteners. Once the brackets are installed, I’ll add the new taillight kit and reinstall the Taillights.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
The WeatherTech gives you plastic tabs that insert into existing holes. You use those to mount the deflector.

Just be careful not to drop them in the engine bay when installing them.

    Oh man…
Good to know it does the job well! I researched the hell out of these machines, seemed like the best for what I wanted it for. Mainly for motorcycles but I wanted to be able to do everything else also.

Thanks for the heads up on cones also, haven’t gone through everything it came with yet so I’ll do that today. Hopefully it came with cones that will do Tacoma wheels!

I drive for big brown, we do give shippers packaging guidelines, unfortunately for larger heavier items those shipping guidelines are very expensive. High strength large boxes are not cheap, also proper packaging materials and reinforcements are all also costly and time consuming. Most shippers find it cheaper to improperly package large heavy items, and just eat the occasional damage costs, rather then pay to try and meet our absurd packaging guidelines we require. I’m not trying to make excuses for roughed up boxes, but big brown moves millions of parcels everyday, and while we do are best to get things delivered in one piece, stuff happens. Most damage to parcels occurs not from an employee’s lack of care, but from the thousands of miles of conveyoring systems we utilize to move parcels as quickly and efficiently as possible. Especially when those systems get “jammed” with thousands of parcels.

All that to say, sorry some of your parcels show up damaged! It is by no means intentional! We appreciate any and all business, as it keeps food on our tables! Cheers!
    Nate.

Wondering if anyone here has tried Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic Wax with SiO2. They usually produce quality products.

Installed a a little “security bracket”. Sure was a tight fit due to the thickness of that seam sealer stuff Toyota uses and had to use a left hand drill bit and easy out to remove the original screw. Not sure if I should even be concerned about my tailgate, but forums always make me spend money on things I didn’t even know existed before I signed up. LOL!!

I'm a long time Meguiar's fan but gotta say swing and a miss on this product. Streaks something fierce and lots of effort to remove. Turtle Wax has a similar spray wax that's far easier to use and works well.

I use the turtle wax ceramic polish/wax, detailer between waxing, and car wash soap. I like it. Simple to use with good results.

Thanks for the feedback. I have used Meguiars paste wax on my Taco, and other vehicles, for years with great results. Looking for something ceramic to use after my planned claybar job. Glad I asked before I pulled the trigger. Was looking at getting the real deal ceramic coating but don't want to spend hundreds on the process. Turtle wax is my preferred car wash so I will certainly try their ceramic wax. Thanks again.

I hear ya. That’s why I placed a moving blanket in the “cool” engine bay prior to install. Those little plastic inserts were slippery!
