It's just funny how it goes from Avenged Sevenfold, to Five Finger Death Punch, to Audioslave, Creed, and suddenly to Pantera

That dude kinda sounds like Bradley Nowell, Sublime should hit him up

 

I remember the words to tons of A7x songs still, Five Finger Dick Punch just sounds so generic and uninspired... hell at this point they're just a cover band, Audioslave though... man I miss them

Yeah he really does, I grew up listening to Sublime and I just cannot get into Sublime with Rome.

Have to remember a lot of these bands back in the day became sellouts to MTV.

Do you remember Trivium? Avenged Sevenfold used to be a bit like them in terms of metal years back

 

They did have another guy sing for them for awhile that sounded a lot like Brad, Sublime with Rome I think

 

Yeah I really enjoyed Trivium. After The Rev died I got really hopeful that Mike Portnoy from Dream Theatre would stay on as A7x's drummer because I thought it would help them get back to their roots with his style. Sadly we got Hail to the King (which is garbage) and I stopped listening. I didn't realize how much Jimmy (The Rev) wrote and sang, he wasn't just a drummer, he was the band.
