In the wife’s 99 runner... nope took the left. An inch of snow on the road and I would drag his ass though.

Fuel pump and a tow bill just put a little dent in the truck fun fund.

Get the deutschwerks replacement kit from URD. It’s nice and quiet and gets you a serviceable external fuel filter.

edit: I think it’s also much cheaper than OEM and you definitely don’t want some shitty vatozone pump considering how crappy of a job the replacement is.

Too late, I couldn’t afford to have my truck down too long and bought a pump with a lifetime warranty that was on the shelf.

My point was that warranty is only for the part but not the labor, which is a pain in the ass

It would cost me 3 days of prevailing wage and my two side jobs I’m pouring this after work and this weekend waiting on parts. The 4hrs of labor I put in is free.

If all my tools got stolen I'd probably replace them with Milwaukee, but I'm so far down the Makita line there's no going back. Not that Makita is bad, but I think I let the smoke out of a drill tonight

I snagged one a few weeks ago when I put a clutch in a buddy’s Tacoma. Pretty handy at getting out the little stuff once they are broke free. I have another buddy that wants me to install his cam gears and I bet it’s going to be really handy taking it apart. It’s nice not dragging my 3/8 air ratchet hose around through piles of tools or accidentally dragging it through a pile of nuts and bolts and never seeing one of them ever again. I think my next 2 are going to be the M18 grinder and a M12 die grinder with a wire wheel and a cut off wheel. Iv been running my wire wheel in my drill and it’s dumb and a PIA trying to get in tight spots cleaning things up.
