just tear out the wall of your living room and put in an overhead door, then you can sit in it and watch tv.

My yard is not big enough for a large shed. Not even for a small shed sadly. The place I rent is not very big at all. I would wager that @Shellshock 's habitat has more square footage

Tire question for you guys. Looking at a few different tires and wondering if you guys have any real world experience with since you share my amazing climate zone. I just found a leak in the sidewall of my Duratracs, came out of nowhere. I don't curb the tires, only been on a handful of off road excursions (none in the last 2 years sadly) and haven't noticed any bulging or shake in the steering wheel. They've got 5+ yrs and maybe 30k on them, I was just hoping to get one more winter out of them. Here's what I've narrowed it down to.

Kenda Klever RT 33x10.50r17 - Good reviews, look awesome, no trimming required, difficult to find replacements on hand anywhere.
Falken Wildpeak AT3W 285/70r17 - Good reviews, a little plain looking, may require some trimming, replacements available almost anywhere.
Toyo Open Country AT3 285/70r17 - Good reviews, meatier looking than the Falkens but not as much as the Kendas, may require some trimming, replacements available almost anywhere.

The Kenda's have been on the top of my list for a bit mainly due to the reviews, less trimming of stuff and they look great. Weight is a factor, but they are all close enough that it's not a big concern. I'm mostly concerned with winter driving, mainly the constant below 0F we see sometimes. I have really liked the Duratracs (despite my hatred for goodyear) but like many AT tires I've noticed their cold weather performance slip as they age due to hardening, though their rubber compound is quite old compared to the ones above. I really don't drive my truck often, heck even when it was my only vehicle I would only average 10k a year. Now I split that between a beater Subaru, Victory in the summer and my wife's Subaru Ascent for road trips. So my tires die due to age before wear sadly.

BTW, it is lifted about 2.5" in the front and 2" in the rear. 6112's 6/5 clip positions and Dakar med leaf springs so these sizes shouldn't have any troubles fitting. And a couple pictures for ya!

I've had my Falkens for 2 winters and they've been absolutely dynamite in the cold/snow. Haven't run with extra weight in the bed or anything.
