Got my second Pfizer dose Monday, a little soreness in the arm but no side effects.
I agree, it's a personal choice, nobody should be made to get it. I have people around me that would not do well if I got the virus, so I got the shot.

Hey guys. Been following this thread for a while, well, mostly since I bought this Taco in January. Seems like there’s a core group of 10-12 guys here in CT in this thread.

Then I saw “TW bbq” mentioned a few posts back, and it got me thinking. Would be great to meet some of you in person.

So I’m gonna put myself out there and say how about a fire pit + dinner + beer one Sunday at 5pm? Looking at May 16.

Thoughts? Who’s in?

 

Oh, and if you guys are mostly in mid-CT, and Riverside seems too far, I’d be happy to drive up north. But I cannot bring my fire pit with me!

lifted my tacoma last weekend with a set of 5100s. .85 plus 1/4 spacers on each side. So just under 1.5 inches of lift and got a bit of needle bearing vibration. I knew I should have done it while I have the suspension out.

 

Well I'm not looking forward to coming back down from ME this morning to the rain.
I'm actually not looking forward to coming back down at all, except for the dog and wife

 

Tell them you will run one of those machines for them. Those look fun.

I miss the kubota I had borrowed a couple years back. The wifes happy its gone because she never saw me inside the house when that thing was here.

 

Did any of you guys with the needle bearing vibe drive for a little while before you changed it? They only guy I trust to do it is booked until the end of the next week. The vibe is barely noticeable and doesn't make any noise but I can tell its there. Seems like plenty of people have driven with the vibe for a long time and didn't have any issues. It happens from 30ish to 40ish then goes away completely and most my commute is highway.

 

I had the ecgs bushing installed before I did my suspension install. I heard people have driven with the vibes/needle bearing. You run the risk of the needles in the bearing breaking and going into the diff. If you run it, check out the condition of the needles once it’s removed to ensure theres no metal fragments floating in the diff housing/oil.
