Speaking or rebuilding ARBs.....anybody have experience doing this? Mine got a bit too much mud on it and isnt working. I think its most likely the relays but I havent found a good place to source those from.

 

In that case... everybody keep spamming the seller's phone with offers until he takes the listing down

 

My ARB twin compressor suddenly stopped working a couple months ago and I had to rebuild it. I originally thought it was a bad pressure switch, however, it turned out that the two relays were the problem. I was able to source some from a local off-roading shop in Virginia at the time... Iron Pig Offroad. ARB part number is CO42, however, I believe any 12V, 40A relay will work. When I replaced it, I made sure to use Di-Electric Grease and electrical tape to prevent water from getting in the relays and corroding them again. I also build a plastic cover over the compressor (since it sits in the bedside cubby with an Expedition Overland bedside mount) to protect it from mud and water flinging up from the rear tires
