Getting my truck summer ready by installing a DENY lock for my cooler. Can’t use a cable cutter to steal this yeti. Lock was pricey, but they make an ingenious system. The bottom nut has a breakaway nut when torqued so you are unable to unbolt the lock from under the truck. Only way would be with a saw or grinder.

Looks nice. Curious if you installed the retrax by yourself? I'm wondering if I need to ask a friend for some help or if I can just do mine relatively easy alone

    Good eye, it's artificial turf

Most of the (small) backyard is stamped concrete so it doesn't make a lot of sense to have real grass in a little area like we have. Came with the house when we bought in Aug of last year.

It can be done alone, I did. The only bit that needs two people is getting it onto the bed after you have assembled it. Use a sturdy box or step so you can climb into the bed easily while holding it. Unless your pistol squat game is crazy strong, i.e. you can step flat-footed into the bed holding 70 lbs, a step will be required.

Looks great! The length of the Rhino Rack Vortex bars looks perfect. Is it 59 or 65 inches?

We have matching bed racks... though mine is like the low budget crackhead version.... I made my own bed bars, and I got the generic Amazon skinny rack for $90.

ECT button relocate (factory button still works). So much easier to engage when needed without taking eyes off the road.

Been a little while, but I guess I’ll post it. Mad a lift in the shop for my RTT/rack, using a 2500lb winch from harbor freight. 4 bolts, and this @kbvoodoo rack comes off.....easy peasy!

Would love that height and weight limit.

My simple setup for getting the tent on and off solo.

    20201010_164924.jpg

Wish i could lift the whole rack off in 1 piece so i don't try and cheat taking it apart and end up doing this when something slips (back in Oct)

    Indeed.

Luckily I was still under replacement insurance so it was just a $300 deductable to get an OEM replacement of the entire back window (the can apparently only replace the middle power sliding one individually) for that brain-fart during removal.
