    I ended up using this:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0140XMI1Q?ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

Wired it up to where it stays on with lights and lights up brighter when the brakes are applied.

I have really enjoyed my Vantop, I had no visibility out the back with my camper shell and tint at nearly every level going back. Now I have better visibility than if I had no cap at all..

Just curious why that is one of your first mods?
I think a roof rack will be one of my last mods.

I went and got myself a used topper.... Tall boi for a tall boy... It needs a little love- replacing lock cores (it has multiple keys for different positions at this point) and wiring up an interior lighting situation. Maybe one day I will glue some speaker carpet to the fiberglass if I decide to keep it for the long-term.

A few mods here and there and counting....
I have the Vantop H610 and it's great being able to see out the dark tint/campershell. I got it mainly because future bumper/tire carrier. I have the rear camera mounted on a license plate bracket. Wiring is super easy. I have some pictures i can post later.

what did you tap into for wiring? Reverse signal? Power supply? Wiring for OEM mirror?
