I went on a recent camping trip and was the only one with a truck, my short bed ran out of space for my family's camping gear! So i wanted to be able to throw stuff on the roof as well. It was not fun having bags on peoples laps haha. I'm also getting an awning for free, and it will come with prinsu cab rack mounts. I'm at 95,000 miles right now, so i plan on upgrading suspension at 100k.

I used a hardwire kit(no parking mode). I updated my original post. There's a lone wire that alongside the rearview camera wire, i tapped into the reverse light. My oem rear view mirror is a plain jane, no wiring on it.

Sweet. Ill probably use that hardwire kit. Mine came with backup cam and compass and stuff so ill have to figure out how to cut power to that stuff.

You can unplug the connector at the mirror and stuff the harness up into the headliner.

Bronze wheels look so good, I just went with bronze wheels and 33's as well. its cool how in some lights they look brown, some they look gold, some they look kinda silvery like you pic there, others they look grey. Its like depending on the angle and lighting you have different colored wheels.

Good reason! I sometimes run out of room in the truck and box, but somehow I find room somewhere.
That is the same reason I would get a roof rack. I like the look of them too. My RTT does clear up my box too. and I could always strap something on top of it too lol

Wasn't able to get it today. Hopefully tomorrow.

I couldn't find it at the house so I'll have to look it up on TIS at work tomorrow.

    Drove it to work today.
Not only that but I was able to confirm that my Bob's mirror works 100%, temperature, compass and most of all auto-dimming.
It's dark on my way to work and it was wonderful seeing the mirror dim and brighten depending on the headlights behind me.
No more flipping a little switch! :D

You probably could. It'll take some minor fab work. Thats an aftermarket camera in the pop n lock. I bent pieces of metal and it bolts up to the original holes.

Bought a new black grille surround. I got tired of repainting the OEM one

Time to chop this new one up :sawzall:

Where'd you end up getting it from? I'm needing to do this as well, my paint job on the factory chrome is starting to look pretty haggard.
