Pounded out pork cutlet, then do a normal dredge with panko instead of your standard bread crumbs. You can either deep fry or bake here, but if you bake it you'll want to flip a few times so the panko stays crispy.

Sauce is mostly normal stuff you have around the house. Ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce and worcestershire is the base (add in whatever ratio makes it taste good to you and you can't go wrong). Also added ginger paste, garlic powder and some crushed pepper to ours.

Tonkatsu goes in many combinations. You'll usually find it served with rice and curry sauce, but as leftovers it makes a great sandwich. Should have pounded it thinner though.

    What else is loose!?

I had a grom! Fun around the neighborhood. Gets tiring on the big streets though. Too under powered. They do sweet burn outs!

Anyone in here using a brake controller for trailers? Been looking in towing stuff on here but though I’d ask in this thread.

Brother got a 7x14’ enclosed trailer that has brakes. So now I need a brake controller so I can move/use the trailer for small stuff.
