Yeah man! I'm pretty bummed about that tbh. Discontinued years ago. Sucks because I was getting excited to actually be running mickey Thompsons on my Mickey Thompsons! Lol

See this is why I come here!

No really, I hadn't thought of it that way, I'm glad you pointed that out. I see the dishwasher-style showers that just blast the shit out of you from every angle and thought "man that must be convenient!" but I can see how those might be uncomfortable. Didn't think of the straight down that way.

I'm always looking for a used set.. but I ain't droppin that kinda coin on something new that's gonna get beat up ya know. I'm also looking at picking up some fairly inexpensive wheels and sending them to OMF. But finding something in the specs I want and that tickles my fancy is proving to be difficult. Wanting some 17x8-9 with -25mm offset. Trying to get all my ducks in a row for the 35s.

Everywhere is sold out.. and when they are in stock.. go quick. It's ridiculous honestly

Scs has a few options in the 17x9 with -38 offset. A little more aggressive than you’re looking for, but really just a little over 1/2” per side

We are looking to move sometime after September. Realtor says he'll get us >$365k for our current house. We got it for $240k in 2017. I expect offers above list price to come in within 24 hours of us listing it. In-laws had three offers within 24 hours last year for their house which sold in the $275k range. Thankfully we are looking at the $550k+ range and that market is moving much slower than the $300-$400k range. Our plan is to close on the new house and start moving before even listing the current one. That way we have time to move everything and don't have to worry about cleaning the house, painting walls, moving shit etc. while still handling paperwork for the new house. It will suck paying two mortgages for a month but we will be fine.

Usually just the outer ring gets it but that can be replaced. Id look for a set of steelies in the classic hole pattern you like and then buy the kit to make them beadlock from Total Metal Innovations.

definitely know about them.. lol they are one of the sets that are never available.

Thought about steelies too.. but dont really want the added weight.

Thats why I'm looking for used.. I can make new rings.. have a couple designs already modeled up too.

I really just want a set of RRW RR6-H's. 17x8.5 with -25mm offset. I just missed their pre-order shipment.. so I'm stuck waiting for a few months at a minimum.

Yeah I was lucky when I ordered mine that they were available. But then I had to wait a month for my spare when I went to get that.

In Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert the $300-$400k market is now the >$500k market.
2300 sq ft home in my area fetching over $600k. crazy stuff

we bought just over 400 in Ahwatukee in 11/18. My parents are taking off for Alabama once I go off to reno for school. We will be listing in August. Planning on listing 525 ish. For the little it matters, zillow estimates 550. Depending on how fast they want out we may list at 575 and see how much money Californians want to shovel out.

I just got keys to my house this week. Was definitely a crazy process in this market. Eventually it all worked out though. Definitely some houses over priced. I think the most annoying thing was watching people post their house wayyyy higher than it will appraise for. Yes the market is hot and home values are high, but if someone was way off I just assumed they are assholes and trying to pull a fast one lol.

and in this market you don’t have to price it high. Any house I looked at was priced close to appraisal value (based on comps) and would naturally get bid up.

Theres a new truck to hate on. And It looks worse than the ridgeline...

Interior looks comfy but weird. Also wouldn't want to do any "truck stuff" with a nice interior like that. I'd be scared to ruin it

It's a unibody "truck" just like the Ridgeline, and based on what I'm seeing that segment is going to become a hot market soon, with Ford reviving the Maverick too.

I've said this whole spiel before a number of times, there's a whole market segment out there of people who want what looks like a pickup truck but is basically an Odyssey with a bed, or a midsize SUV with a pickup truck "cut" to it.

They end up in Tacomas and Frontiers and piss and whine endlessly about the rough ride, low MPG, etc. and previously it was basically ret- special needs of any company out there to spend the money to tool up something to attack that niche because the market share just wouldn't show.
Now there's a whole lot of potential buyers (money) in it and they get to make all kind of write offs for CAFE and shit? Best believe the era of mini "truck" is coming back but not in the way you'd think.

I haven't driven a Ridgeline but I can almost guarantee you it's quieter, smoother, and more well road mannered than a Taco. 99.9% of people will never need the durability or approach angles that body-on-frame gets you and will gladly flock to a "softer" truck that may be no more useful offroad than your average Tucson or something, but gets better mileage, better interior space, and generally acts more like a car than the "big names" in the real pickup world.

ESPECIALLY with gas prices going up? Getting a "pickup" that can turn in 27 highway and then use it once a year for when you buy a potted plant at home depot? It's a slam dunk.
