The only time I wear gloves when driving is on the motorcycle.

They help ease hand fatigue, bug impacts, grip and road rash in the unfortunate event..................

See how the pruning shears match her gardening clogs, trust me that's no accident.

What kind of driving shoes do you guys use? My GF is getting a little pissed about me wearing her Birkenstocks, something about they took forever to bed in to her feet. I tell her it's because I just want to be close to her, it's pretty crazy that we both wear the same shoe size 9.5

Yeah, furry, and I am definitely on one, but saw that shit in Vegas. I was there for business, they were there for the fur.

I always thought driving gloves were a joke. Do people really wear driving gloves to go to the grocery store?

The top ballers at my local TRD club wear these. The advantage is the competition can’t see you’re wearing them.

Grabbing the steering wheel of any car in the dead of summer in Arizona is akin to picking
up a cast-iron-pan with your bare hands while it is still hot. You never want to touch a camera
lens with your fingers because the fingertip moisture/acid will degrade the coating on the lens. I suspect
after years and years some degradation of a steering wheel will also occur. I noticed on my 12
year old Jeep that where I rested my hands the steering wheel was peeling and looked like someone
barfed on it. The kids drive 19 year old Corollas and those steering wheels are even worse.

So while a bit much, the idea isn't that bad. But I doubt I'll go there. If I did it would be something
along the lines of Davids post above.
