    Good morning all.

Saturday, a few of us at the boat launch were talking about some places that suggest wearing bear bells to make noise as you trounce through the forest. You know how you tell the difference between a black and brown bear? There’s bells in the brown bear poop.

    Morning.
    Lousy day yesterday.
Had to stay late besides. Of course no compensation.
    Back is tweaked.
    Raining and poss snow today.
    Service meeting at 7am today.
Basically to tell us everything that is wrong is our fault.
    Not selling enough
Not fast enough to get cars in
    Takes to long to repair
Corporate numbers are low so step it up.
Going to be a great day.

We never hear from our manager, unless he gets in trouble. THEN, we get a shit ton of messages and warnings about how we screwed up.

It can't be the way the system is changed and redesigned, no, it's the people that have been doing the same job for 30+ years, that is the problem.

    Rant, rant, rant.

Morning. Covid Compliance Day. I now have to account for why my systems didn’t catch the student who tested positive and has been sitting in one of my classrooms for 2 days. Simple answer...parent lied on the wellness screener. How do I know? Because the student passed the screener yesterday but wasn’t at school. When we called to check on them the parent stated they had whole family tested on Monday but didn’t get the results until Wednesday morning. They were positive so they kept them home.

Question number 2 on the screener: Has anyone in your home tested positive for Covid 19 or has anyone been tested in the last 48 hours for Covid 19 and are awaiting results?

Systems only work when people are honest and follow the rules. Stay Well... Stay Safe.

Sorry Mike. Don't let them get under your skin
    Dumb people.
I guess we have two people at work who came up positive this week. Deep clean and a forced WFH for the folks who's desks are the closest to them. And just cross your fingers and wait.
