The known frame issue spot where they rust out on the driver's side right next to the cat. Mines an 07 so past frame recall. I'll soon have a hole for sure...

Shit, that doesn't look bad.. clean the surface rust off and paint it. Get some frame coater rust stopper, woolwax, fluid film, etc on it.

It's bulging pretty good so it's pretty corroded underneath think I'm just gunna cut out and weld something in.

 

Mines an 07 too and I still get notifications on the frame recall and spring recall . I would call the yota dealership and find out for sure .

 

I'm chasing a rich bank 2 small issue I'm having right now so.... Reason why I was so close to notice it. Should have caught it way earlier. I really want a manual so Ive already thought about just trading it in right now to get a manual. This may be the kick I need and I think if I call toyota on it they may remember it lol! If I end up going that route
