    No but if I could do it, I'd consider grabbing it. According to the article the cabin needs to be demolished but the price of the land itself... it's not going to last on the market.

    More than that. Bigger lot, a third of similar comps. Reasonably nice neighborhood. I bet three or four times asking. Buyer will build a mcmansion on it and flip it.
