I started with the 3.5L V6 SR with the SX appearance pkg, I like the TRD OR but black exterior door handles and mirror caps look better. I also opted for the 6spd manual. Then I selected the rear axle and Elocker from the OR, don't want CC or that braking system. I like the no chrome interior of the SX. I also added the utilty pkg, I'm not going to use those rear jump seats. I still want to be comfortable in the drivers seat. For that I selected the seats from the SR-5 trail edition because those look good. Finally I ordered LED head and fog lights.

I don't know how much it's going to cost or when it will arrive.

If you have to ask how much it costs, can you really afford it? :D

I didn't know you can customize it that much. Good luck finding one with all the options you want.

That sounds like ordering of the 60's. Like getting an SS/RS Camaro.

Color me shocked if you get what you clicked.

    Fingers crossed for you...... :fingerscrossed:

Yeah I'm curious about how OP went about this. That's certainly not Toyota's public site.

Ahh.... taking the custom order option from Toyota. Similar to how Audi does it, except you pick the truck up from Mexico instead of Germany. I hear it's a very similar experience though. With Audi you get to take your new sports car on the Autobahn to break it in. With Toyota you get to dodge carjackers and drug cartels to really see what the Tacoma can do.
Seems like you did a good job optioning it out, but you seem to have missed the stealth dumper and expensive bicycle lock options. Any reason, they seem worth the unknown cost to me?

I'm surprised more people don't go with custom Tacoma orders.

Huh. This is a new world to me.

Usually I just walk up to a salesman, open my wallet, and say "I have this many dollars. What do?" Whatever vehicle he points to is the one I take home.

Lucky for me they pointed to a Tacoma last time. They could have sent me home in a fully optioned Altima instead.
