For that much I'd be moving up into the mountains to not see anyone, not a few hundred acres in the middle of civilization, but that's just me.

You sure the financing ends when the kids run off to college? My parents thought that with my brother and he's still at home finishing his degree in whatever it is now he's doing. They can't wait to get him out even though my sister is still a few years away from graduating high school still.

Well... I plan on helping him with undergrad but after that he's on his own. Fortunately, he's a smart kid and I expect he'll be pretty independent.
