I really like that they make all aluminum products and their prices are extremely fair. I like aluminum for the wait savings and corrosion resistance, living in massachusetts they coat the roads in an inch of salt any time we get half an inch of snow. An being the truck is my daily and traveling 60 miles a day I think steel just isn't the right choice for me. Overall extremely happy with the purchase.

I didn’t notice any flex. Seems really solid, but I also only weigh 185.

The only issue so far is how hot it gets

Installed Cali Raised 25 degree sliders. Easy install and all bolt on. Sit nice and tight up against the truck. They are having a good sale too. Powder coated and shipped to me for under 1k.

Just purchased Stage 2 Deavers to be put on in two Fridays (I already have Icon 2.5 coils, Icon UCA, Icon 2.0 w/ res, and Icon AAL) and dropped a buttload of cash on an RSI SmartCap EVO which will be installed next Thursday. I was lucky enough to find one in stock at a local cap dealer in SoCal. I've also got some Victory 4x4 bed stiffeners on order and a set of Front Runner crossbars that just came in the mail that'll be mounted on the new cap so I can transfer my RTT over from my rack. I'll be going on a weeklong trip mid-May for my uncle's birthday so having a brand new rear end set up should be fun. I'll post pics as soon as everything is together.

Do the pros overpower your headlights? I can't decide between those and the sports. I run them whenever my lights are on and I don't want them to look crazy out of balance

@AsphaltKing Can you tell me, does the cutout at the bottom edge (closest to the bed) expose a lot of the tailgate metal. It looks like this one is the only one cut out like that on the bottom edge. The others seem to cover it all the way. I'd be worried about wearing the paint on the bottom inside edge of my tailgate.

that's the reason i didn't go with snailarmor, didn't want that uncovered area getting all dinged and scratched up. ended up going with the mountain hatch panel instead...

I tied to use some of those on the bottom of my action packers, when I peeled the backing off the adhesive came off too. On to gorilla glue

Local shop here just did KO II 285/70/17s on 17x8 zero-offset rims with the OME 005 kit and said it fit without any mods. No CMC, no UCAs. 2021 TRD OR base. I'm going to pull the trigger on that combo and will report back. I have the rims, just lining up all the other stuff... and other things I'd like done as long as it's in the shop.

Thanks! It'll be nice to have some usability out of the rear and experience a whole new ride with those leafs. Here's how it's been sitting the last couple years.

I had the Icon AAL added to mine as well and with the RSi shell I'm sitting 2 inches lower on the rear than the front. When they put it all together I was about 1/2-3/4" lower in the rear prior to the shell.

Upgrading to new Icon RTX leaf packs due to the weight.

My OEM leafs only have 20k on them so I didn't expect them to sag so bad even with the RSi cap (~180-200lbs).

Thanks to @TacoBlaze for posting about these. I really like the Cali Raised sliders, but I don't go off roading so I don't really need real sliders.

I love the look and finish. These are steel, and bolt on easily just like oem steps/running boards. I have a long bed so these do not run completely from wheel to wheel, but I knew that before ordering. Not bad for $300! My wife and son love em, and now I can dry off the roof without opening the doors and standing on the sill so I'm happy with that. The step plate can be unbolted and flipped over for more tread if you'd like. (see last photo)

We'll see how they hold up in the harsh, brutal, Southern California weather o_O
