Damn! That looks like it took the bumps like they where potholes in the street! I can see my truck going over that course and breaking down right of the bat.

37's and regear to 4.88 = approx. $2700....time to start saving :D i reckon by summer, i can be caged cab and engine, regeared front and rear, 37's all 4 corners, and 10" triples and 10" coilovers (tied into engine cage).

I got some work to do, time to start working hard, make money so the people who can weld can work on my truck.

EDIT: nvm, maybe by next Christmas, I think I was smoking crack :anonymous:

Sounds awesome. Lets see this thing get built up. So 10" coil overs? Abandoning 4wd to get max travel?

nah, at most trying to squeeze in a couple more inches of up travel, i have an unpractical, skewed and emotionally invested attachment to my 4x4, not gonna lose it

4x4 is a sunk cost, the decision of whether or not i should keep it depends on the returns or utility it can provide me in the future. According to my goals, 4x4 will give me many benefits because it will allow me to do other things that 2wd wont let me do, like slowly cruise around the dunes or clear an obstacle without having to jump it.

I think thats a good unpractical, skewed, and emotional mindset.:D

Maybe the new CV design will allow that? I think RCV can figure it out. Whats the latest on getting your axles?
