    Im looking for tires for the new wheels im going to buy. I plan to run 265-70-17. What would be a good tire that would last a long time? Im not looking for anything for heavy off roading. Mainly highway driving and occasional mud on gravel roads.

    Honestly your best bet is to use the tirerack ratings. Everyone who replies here is just going to tell you to get the same tires they have.

    X2 on Hankook Dynapros. I have the MTs with 35k miles and they have thousands of miles left. They're quieter and outperform BFG ATs too.

    BTW I bought mine locally from Discount Tire. They had the best price so it was an easy decision.
