Help with TFS

Need advice from someone who may know where do I mail a check to pay down the principal ......
I'm coming up with two different addresses through my search of the internet.....

Did you set up your login on their web site? They have a customer service number that you could call and confirm.

 

Which address do you normally send payments too?

 

The website has a payoff address. Probably the same.

I just sent my first payment in - I believe Carol Stream was where it went.

I saw that but I'm not paying off I'm just paying down the principal

Not sure but do you not have the app? I believe before I refinanced I could just link a checking acc via app and pay that way.

 

People who still pay by mail fascinate me. I might write and mail one check a year, and the whole time I'm complaining about having to dig through my stationary drawer to find my packet of stamps that I bought in 2005. Even burning through two stamps per envelope to cover the postage rate changes, i calculate that I'll need to buy new stamps sometime around 2030.

 

My mother is that way. Regardless of me showing her how easy it is to use paperless billing and pay online with utilities cable and so on. She still won’t do it lol guess you get conditioned to be used to certain things. Hell when my kids are paying bills their will probably be a method that sounds out of this world to me but In reality is more convenient.

 

I would call Monday just to be sure but it does seem that way

 

I have the app and can pay through my bank account but I got promotional checks for my PNC credit card for 0% financing for the next year

 

If you just write a check for whatever amount, it will get applied to the principal. Not the interest.

 

Mine is too. Pays by check even in the grocery store lol She doesn’t bother with anything online at all. Weird thing is she has an iPad and knows how to use it but she’s not paying her bills online. Doesn’t even have a cell phone if you can believe it.
