    My left ear hearing has taken a toll from years of AC less vehicles with windows open that and they also say the left ear gets the brunt of the noise when your wrenching.

    I have been good with ear protection for the most ear plugs and safety glasses go on when I walk into the shop.

    The muff style don`t work in my case they don`t play well with head gear which really defeats the purpose in my case
