I wish, I had to do the work my self

 

It's my manual 5vz on a recall frame ready for a clean prerunner body

 

Ouch. It is alot of work. Just keep thinking of the end result

 

Well if it's any consolation I'm doing to body swaps back to back.this is my buddies frame

 

I was lucky enough to qualify for the warranty frame. Took them about 35 hours

 

You are lucky, I got the recall frame on a crashed truck for 1500 so I'm not too mad, my friend on the other hand is jealous

 

What is the building permit for? Had to ask

This picture is my worst nightmare… You made me crawl under my truck and take a photo. I’m pretty solid but you can see a little bit of rust I missed on the shock perch last year. Sometimes I think I spend more time underneath my truck then driving it. Looks like I missed topcoating some of the Rust Bullet paint as well.

I then discovered I’m going to loose both of my bump stops.........The TLC never ends

 

Looks like 2nd gen / 3rd gen bumpstops will work? Plenty of like-new takeoffs within this group

Maybe it’s time to put my OME AAL’s else back in and get some new U bolts as well. I am scared of the crazy rake and took them out nine years ago. Cannot say that I’ve ever hit these bump stops but I sure did when I first bought the truck with four or 500 pounds in the bed. The stock suspension was ridiculously weak.

 

I've always liked the parts he pulls off his vehicles...always straight up and better documented than a dealer lol

Does anyone know of a good Fab shop in the London/ /ST. Thomas/ Strathroy area that can cut 1/4" aluminum with a water jet?

Are you having issues with the stock T-case?

A recent Dirt Lifestyle video mentioned the electronic T-case can't shift from 4hi to 4lo while stopped on an incline? I've never tried it.

 

No mine works fine. I dont have a 3rd gen. I have never had a problem shifting from 4hi to lo. I want to keep it that way.

I want to get twin sticks with ADD delete, have to start somewhere so I jumped in

Dont really know exactly what I am doing yet. I will figure it out.
