Anyone else have issues trying to get ahold of these guys. Basically says email him because not likely to pickup the phone. I did try and call him once and it rang off the hook. Ordered my recovery bar in December and it was months over due by the time I got most of the parts to install it. Now I'm missing 2 bolts. It's like pulling teeth to get this place to do anything in a timely fashion. As well the fitment on the bracket to the swaybar mounting tab won't line up fully. I'm ready to drill the mount and buy some bolts. I'm annoyed as I just want to finish my recovery bar install fully. I've emailed them directly and through the website. I'm being ignored. Any suggestions?

I had similar problems a while back when I ordered some sliders. The far end of the production estimate came and went. No product, no updates, and no answer to any of my communication attempts. It took getting salty on their vendor forum to get even a non-response, but they did eventually deliver.

I never had to contact customer support, but their skid plates are phenomenal.

Placed an order last September. There was some discussion around this topic a little while ago. Still waiting on my order of a fuel tank skid to be filled.

Oof, you've got me beat. I'm waiting on a low pro bumper from November. Just hit the 18 week mark.

I reached out for an update as I’m looking to schedule with my local shop to weld them on. The shop is pretty much booked a month or so out and I wanted to get ahead on picking a date so I don’t have to tack on the extra month once they arrive. Email and a phone call in and I got nothing. I’m holding off on going on trips because I’m unprotected! I don’t mind the wait, trust me I get it with all the supply chain issues. But a simple update would be nice!

Well just a heads up I'm sitting 29 weeks and waiting. One update after I called December but yeah. I still have hope. About to call it though, unfortunately.

What did you order/what are you waiting on?

I had emailed with Joe in January, at which time he told me that my bumper would be done "very soon" and they had some that had just gone through sheet metal and "they're just waiting for weld." Ten weeks later, radio silence. I've sent two emails in the last couple weeks and gotten no response, so I might be calling it soon as well. It's not the wait, it's the complete lack of update and response.

And honestly, seeing them posting new Tundra bumper development on Instagram when they can't even finish their backlog of orders is rubbing me the wrong way. Why are you spending machine/weld time on product dev if you can't even ship your existing backorders?

Can you reach out to me as well? Been trying to get ahold of you for a couple weeks. Thanks.

Edit: I actually received a followup email from Joe this morning - He's saying that my bumper is in weld this week and will ship next week. I'll be sure to keep y'all updated.

I hate to be a "negative Nancy" in this discussion as well, but my patience has worn somewhat thin in this wait.

    Long story:

I ordered a set of locking cubby storage doors around end of December, 2020 (just before New Years). I was told by one of their office personnel named Lori Ryan that there was going to be a delay in production basically because of some hinges needed in these cubby doors was "out of stock."

My thought process was, "Ok, fine. No biggie. A lot of stuff has been on back order or delayed because of the mail, COVID, shipping nightmares, etc."

I checked in Jan. 14 via email and hinges were still not in. Okay, fine. No big deal.

I waited until Feb. 14 and emailed again about an update on my order. This time, no response. I checked here on TW about a week later where MobTown advised they'd had some "personnel changes," and to email Joe directly about any questions about orders. So I did just that on Feb 20.

Giving Joe credit, he emailed me back later the same day and said they were getting ready to powder coat the doors on Friday or the following Monday.

    Okay, some progress here.

March 18, I email Joe again to see if there had been any updates on my order or if it had shipped. He responded about an hour later, basically saying a shipping label had been created, order has "completed," but when he checked the shipping label on UPS website, it was never physically picked up. I replied back I had never received my order. He said he would get my order shipped out "immediately."

I'm thinking, "Cool! Doors will be here within a few days."

March 30, I email Joe again asking if he had any updates on shipping or maybe a shipping label number I could get from him.

    Sadly, he has not responded.

Today is Tuesday, April 6, 2021 when I'm writing this. And still no response via email. I even attempted to contact the number listed on Google. It went straight to voicemail.

Joe, please understand that if you read this, I'm not trying to nag or harass you. I simply would like the items I paid for or a refund. Honestly, I would rather have the products I paid for. I like those cubby doors. However, if you cannot fulfill the order, a refund will work just as well. I truly do believe in helping small business like yours. I know it's been a struggle with supply and shipping delays you cannot control. Lord knows we've all been victims of this cruel virus. But be that as it may, a simple "yes I can" or "no, I cannot" on the cubby doors would be nice.

Also please understand that I'm not mad about this situation. However, some type of "finality" in this would be appropriate I believe.

    Thank you for your attention.

Same issue. Bought some Rock Sliders thru their Facebook page (couldn’t find another way to purchase them). Facebook had a lead time of three weeks, which I knew couldn’t be correct. I sent a message thru Facebook at that time and they informed me it would be 16 weeks. It is now been 16 weeks and I have tried to contact them a few times with no response. My credit card was charged and refunded several times. As of now I haven’t paid for them. Now I’m afraid to spend any money because I’m not sure if they will all of a sudden charge me and send them. Just trying to get hold of someone to find out the status. I don’t mind the wait as I expected it, it’s the lack of status updates that are getting annoying.

Did this end up happening? I'm considering ordering a front skid that's "in stock" on their website, but a little tentative after reading this thread.

I did not a tracking number. However, I'm going to give at least 48 hours just to see if I get one. After that, I'll update one one way or another.

Did anyone hear anything back on this? I was told my bumper would ship this past week, but didn't hear anything, and the status still shows "in production" on their site..
