Not too bad an install, one lower shock bolt had bonded to the sleeve in the bushing. Foul language was set free. Bigger hammer theory solved it. I didn’t touch the LCA cams this time, just loosened the UCAs and separated the UCA ball joint from the spindle, easy peasy. Side note, Toytech springs are just over three yrs old, less than 20k miles.

 

The BFH theory is one I frequently subscribe to. Glad it went pretty smoothly!

Hi, I’m in Southern Saratoga County and spend a fair amount of time at property by the Battlefield...but I’m not on Facebook. This is about all of the social media I can handle.

 

Not off roading but I think this thread is also good for BS.
Scored some windows, blue stone, stove, insulation and even a sink lol from the future father in law.
Progress on the house is slow, still waiting on permits and estimates while we begin demo.

 

Nice. I’ve had good luck in the past getting stuff from Lambrecht auctions. Laibids.com. I’ve been watching them for a couple doors.

 

This past weekend meet went really well. I'm thinking June 19th (Saturday). An Adirondack fire roads and camping meet.

Like the trails you took us on last year in the Catskills maybe a little rockier. I put it two months out so I can do some scouting. I have a few places to check out

 

If anyone is interested I am making a trip to Bald Eagle State Forest in central PA for memorial day weekend. Friday-Monday. Free camping, legal 4x4 "trails" and lots of vistas. I have two campsites reserved and still have room for a few rigs there, or people can always reserve more, it's free!

Not looking to make this a large meet-up, just throwing it out there if anyone wants to camp and ride some tame trials for the weekend.
You must be a self-sufficient camper. These sites don't have amenities.

I'm studying to be able to host a Recovery safety and theory presentation. If anybody is a nurse or emt and wants to do a first aid presentation? Both to be done in the off season(Novemberish)

Probably not free, but one of the guys I work with is a fire chief over in Rennsalear County and teaches the EMT-B course, I also have a friend that runs an EMS Event Management company http://www.emtsny.com/.

I am technically a Wilderness EMT if you guys want me to throw something together. But the people @mabepossibly recommended will probably have more experience.
