Just got off the phone with Dustin at FN Wheels and all I can say is wow.

Just backordered a set of FN Five Star 16x8" wheels in Matte Bronze for my Tacoma. I have never dealt with such a knowledgeable, helpful salesperson. Big shout out to Dustin @ FN Wheels.

He inquired about my truck, if it was lifted, had a UCA (and what UCA, I guess a few don't work with these wheels), what size/model tires I planned to run, informed me of the negative offset, etc. All to make sure that the wheels and my truck would play nicely together.

He even told me how much my stock wheels/tires are inset and how much more the new setup would stick out after installed, based on my suspension setup I gave him. Almost any other company (from my experience) would just sell you the wheels, fitment be damned.

He also informed me that my deposit was fully refundable, even if the wheels get stocked and I decide I don't want them.

With all the negative reviews I am happy to have a very positive one to contribute. Definitely would not hesitate to buy from FN again.

Dustin is a class act. I had the chance to speak to him a few years ago in depth. He was a one man show that did it all at the time.

I’m sure he’s only gotten better. He was fantastic.

Im also very critical when it comes to service of any kind. It’s your fucking job. Do it and do it with manners and knowledge. That’s a basic expectation for me. This was beyond that.
If it was a normal “yeah it was pleasant”, I wouldn’t even write a review.

I also had a great experience with Dustin @ FN Wheels. There was a slight delay in getting the wheels shipped out only because he's in California and they had a big fire threatening his work and home. So yeah, no worries there!

Dustin and FN are amazing. I bought the countersteer type x for my 4R years ago - still have them - still amazing shape (no pocking, rust, etc.), and plan on putting them on my taco. You'll be happy with your purchase for sure.

I’m looking to contact him for some wheels also. How were you able to contact him? I ordered a set of wheels from him last year, great guy to talk to.

anyone have recommendations on offsets, I'm looking in to wheels tires and lift for my new trdOR, I'm thinking 17" five stars with Falken wildpeek 265x70s with Bilstien 2" lift kit, also considering add a leaf for the rear as I'm putting an rsi smartcap on it, I want to keep the poke minimal

I ran the countersteers on my 4R and plan on running them on my Taco. Only thing I ever hear/makes sense to me - is that if you increase offset too much then you might prematurely wear wheel bearings. As well, it will impact body rub. Reach out to FN and they can give you an idea whether there could be issues (just did that myself regarding my countersteers). As well, I use this calculator to give myself an understanding of what the wheel dimensions are actually doing with relation to the trucks suspension, etc.:

Ordered a set of six shooters from Dustin a few months ago. Good communication and wheels were shipped without any issues. Dustin took the time to answer all my questions and seems like a cool guy to drink a beer with and shot the shit about cars.

Dustin was great with me as well. As a customer service professional, he checked all the boxes. The most important box? Genuine interest in my purchase and a passion for what he does.

I have 5 of the FX Pro's on the way and can not be more excited about it. Already purchased some Cooper AT3 4s to wrap them in!

After all the good dealings I’ve had with him I have two sources for wheels from here on out. OEM, or Dustin. Good product AND service, the way all businesses should be.
