Yeah... my misunderstanding. That isn't what I have. But it is another idea.

    Good morning, everyone!

Finally got the tow bar system worked out for the chipper - the one I waited for days to arrive needed some modification to withstand moving the chipper more than 20 ft - and then spent several hours chipping brush and still have a long way to go. At least we made a dent in it.

I've been putting regular gas station gas in all our mowers and power equipment forever. Hasn't seemed to cause any issues.

No help from me for @Travlr other than to also recommend the Predator steps if you opt to put something different on instead of modding your current bars.

    Be safe out there!!

Glad you have your brush chipping rig up and running.

Lots of folks sell off those predator steps. The actual little step part is known to be a "hook" and get caught up or torn off in even moderate off road conditions. @Travlr, you might watch craigslist or FB market thingy. Sorry I no longer have FB.

Have a great, safe, and happy Monday all.

    Respect :oldglory:

It's had issues since inception. I'm really not that social anyway, so I'll pass.

Yes Sir, I've had two accts, 2016 got into political election BS disagreements ... deleted acct.
2018, young active duty folk at work convinced me to try again. Enjoyed catching up with and contact with family and folks I served with at various places around the world. Then got stalked by crazy ex-DIL over grandkid stuff (our son has sole custody)...that ended FB for me. Two strikes is done for me; third usually hurts people or bends metal.

No gas stations close to me sell non ethanol gas. I am not sure if Avgas would work because of the higher octane rating. Benzene is the compound that usually wrecks havoc on the rubber seals in the carburetor. I will probably try some E10 gas. I have always used the pre-packaged gas in mt small engines and have never had any problems but it is so expensive no.

No JD does not sell JD branded gas, that I know of, but do not give them any ideas. LOL My so just purchased a Z series mower and this is my 3rd larger small engine tool. He has an EXmark Commercial 30 and an Ariens Snow blower. Right now I am going to look for an E10 gas station but that too may be hard to find. There is a station on the eastern shore that sells race gas but I only get over that way 3 or 4 time a year.

    Thank everyone for the comments.

Good morning to all. The ramp, with modifications is installed but needs to have the anti-skid plates installed. Only took 1 trip to Home Depot and 1 trip to Lowes yesterday. It is goo to go to the big box hardware stores on the weekend every now and then, it confirms your reasoning to only go on the weekdays.

:pccoffee: Good Morning and Happy Fri-Monday Porch People! My little book says I have a week with places to be, so that means things to do go in between! Did the mowing in very good time yesterday - less than two hours for just me, and that included my little patch of the field behind the fence. It's good for me. Going to get to play in the dirt and water this week, as I have seedlings that will be ready to transfer to the Aquaponic system, and some just to pot. So, more seedlings to start! Tomatoes have grown enough that I will be splitting them up on both sides this week. And the watering drips have actually worked for a week. Truck AC doodads are supposed to be here Tues-Friday, so there's that.

I better buy a lottery ticket! Got a voice mail from the Dr. office that did the echo - NO abnormalities, and NO changes to report to the two Heart Docs. AND, I found an Orange Bell pepper at WalMart. Now, I have all the colors!
