I know there are a bunch of motors out there I could put in. The Lifan are super nice. But my 70 is so quiet and the neighbors don’t mind. Once I drop in that 140 it’s gonna be to
much for the neighbors. Plus it’s kind of a badge of honor to keep that 70 going.

Crazy thing is I haven’t seen a 3 wheeler of any kind in a dang long time until
You posted yesterday. Well today on the way home from work there was two riding down the side of the road in the ditch today.

 

There is something about keeping an old Honda running for sure! I am actually going to hit up some Honda dealers this week, my truck will be paid off soon and I’m itching to get a CBR600rr. Issue is I have never rode one and I’m not exactly tall, going to sit on a few and see how they feel.

 

Winching out fallen timber from a swamp. Hauling trees and brush about half mile to dump away from the cabin. This is my old man's cabin in Michigan's U.P. Middle of nowhere. Been in the family since the forties and in the past 5 years we have been trying to clear around it. Taco really came in handy and was able to get in areas that my cousins Trail Boss would not be able to go. New Dynapro AT M's seemed to work good.

Yes, keep the Honda engine! The Chinese clones hold no comparison in terms of reliability and value. I’ve restored many of the horizontal Honda’s.

 

I merely threw the option out there because it’s an easy way to increase power numbers. I would never attempt to claim that aftermarket engines are more reliable than the original Honda’s.

Had to fill some raised bed gardens last week. Right at or slightly over max capacity. Putting it through some work already and not even over the 2k mile mark yet.

Doing that garden work. Laying down the blocks and soil to grow the inflation proof vittles.

 

Making the 4 banger earn it's keep. Oddly, it tows the load better in a trailer than it does if the load was in the bed.

 

Pulled a log onto the Wood Meiser with the winch yesterday.

 

Made a few trips helping a friend move about 50 miles away. Loaded each time.
