Tinted mirror turn signals legal?

    anyone know if in california you can wrap your mirror turn signals with headlight tint or is it illegal?

    Its california. My guess is no. Reality is nobody will care unless its the cause of someone not seeing your signal and they plow into you. Odds of that are less than 1%.

    there is probably no issue because we still have turn signals up front so i guess ima do it

    Interesting, so many vehicles (lower trim Tacomas and 4Runners) don't even have side mirror turn signals. Why would California care tinted or not, if they are not required?

    I have had them on my truck for a month now and they work great and look good. Not fully black more of smoke look but still look much better than the stock chrome ones and are like 10x brighter than the stock mirror signal

    One of my neighbors has these on his Tacoma nd they look real good. I'm thinking about these or some others I have seen becasue all that bright work has to go.
