GA Traverse Camping Trip April

Forecast will be more reliable come Wednesday or Thursday. Hopefully it's a fast moving system and will only be a few hours or so.

We should check out tubling creek campground! Looked awesome last time i passed there.

 

Also something to keep in mind, Lake conasauga is open now. It has flushing toilets water and other stuff but says theirs a $15 dollar fee. I guess its like the other camp grounds were you put it in a box.

What’s everyone bringing for food? I got an MRE, need some ideas for the other meals

 

I have some mountain house and a variety of other items such as sandwiches, conecuh soup, chips, pop tarts and breakfast bars and so on. More than we need but never know what we will be in mood for.

 

Since my daughter is now out. I'm bacheloring it. Summer sausage, some cheese, lunchables, maybe just maybe a Mountain house meal, some drinks and that's it.

 

I've got Mountain House meals for all main meals but I plan on ham sandwiches in between.

 

I ain't got shit. My Amazon order of Mountain House hasn't shown up

 

I am smoking a butt and going to eat on that all weekend.

 

Academy is right over there by the Airport Phil with meals in stock.

 

I may just have to do that and then save the ones from Amazon
