Wyatt, great writeup and solution for the six speed/ FJ TC swap.

I am loving the FJ case w/twin sticks in my truck. The benefit of 2 wheel low is awesome and having it all be shift on the fly is really cool. Kevin from ATO is working on the wiring/4wd ECU's there is a slight difference on the Tacomas that have TRAC/ATRAC versus the trucks without those features which Wyatt and Kevin have already worked out (2005-07). This is just to get the lights for the 4wd/Low working and the ADD on a switch. It was a pretty easy swap for the transfer case itself, there is some cutting and welding to do for the twin sticks to come up through the floorboard but its not rocket science. I am looking forward to getting out and wheeling this setup and then adding a crawler w/4.7's to it.

Thanks JW. I've got that spring you need and I'll send it out on Tuesday since tomorrow is a holiday. I'll send you some pictures to show you where and how it goes. I talked to Kevin yesterday and he pretty much has the solution for the later year trucks now as well. Just trying to write it up for you.

FYI. Krawltex Motorsports has a 6 spd AWD transfer case from a 2009 FJ Cruiser if anyone is interested. I know the owner of the shop wants it off the shelf. Located in Cedar Park TX

Well obviously the transmission shifter, one next to it is a hi/low (crawler), then in the back one on left is hi/low (transfer case) and one on right is 2wd/4wd :D
