    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

Did some running around yesterday morning and then finished up taking all the old hardware and pulling rusty nails and bolts from the old wooden swing set I pulled down that got grazed by the tree that fell. Ready to go in the dumpster when we begin work on the old greenhouse.

Also set up a new bee colony for a friend so the bees can pollinate his fruit trees. AFter a month or so, we'll move the colony back here to our place. It was fun to work with them. They were a little aggressive when we opened the box but then calmed down nicely.

Grass cutting for the first time this year today!!

    Be safe out there!!

Yup at this point I’m waiting for the flood of foreclosures in a year or two from the people that thought low interest rates means you can afford any house

5/1ARMs probably look pretty nice right now.

I'm a low risk tolerance sort of person so I paid more for a fixed.

@DoVeR TaCo Good luck today Greg! Enjoy the good drugs they give you! I remember anesthesiologist prepping me for surgery years ago injected me with something he said would make me feel like I had drank 6 beers. Wow, I never had 6 beers feel like that! Next was lights out!

    Mornin' PA! :hattip:

Yup, got them all installed. Unfortunately the drivers rear bleeder is broken off so no brake flush. I do feel it didn't get broken off trying to bleed it, removing the other side I just about whacked it with my wrench. Was like "oh so that's how that happened" :rofl:I'll get a new caliper here eventually, not gonna fuss with getting the broken one out.

Going here in a little bit for new tires, so maybe I can finally start taking it to work!

The surgery and recovery doesn't bother me, it's getting put under and the needles that bothers me. But should go smoothly and by the time they say you're falling asleep they're waking you up.

I haven’t looked into overall cost, it might not be a huge difference. Rates are low but asking is high, which I suppose is better than banks making more money and the sellers getting less
