Anyone in here good with meal prepping? Finally able to get back to a gym after some knee surgeries. Gonna test it out. Might as well meal prep and get a proper diet going too. My dads moving out to Alabama while me and my mom stay in phoenix until I go off to Reno so her and I will probably be fending for ourselves as far as food. No more family dinners means easy time to start meal prepping for me. Also if you guys have a preferred protein powder feel free to link it. The one I've got I'm not a fan of but it did the trick, cant complain since it was dirt cheap.

I think there are a few very big DOGE whales that can make billions if they can keep the momentum between .25 and .45. They likely see the people saying hold until .69 or $1, they don’t want the little guys to sell, so don’t let it crash, and don’t let it soar, sell off slowly until you got your $5-20 billion and then let the meme die.

 

Boneless chicken breast. Trim the fat off, extra bony bits etc...Place a piece of cardboard or a cutting board on the counter, a piece of plastic wrap, chicken breast, another piece of plastic wrap....use a flat side meat mallet and pound it out to a 1/2 inch.
Marinate in a 1 gallon freezer bag...For marinade...Several fresh lemon slices, Cracked black pepper and your store brand El Cheapo Fat free italian/zesty italian dressing. The Italian dressing type marinade will be like $4.00...The fat free italian dressing will be like $1.50. It's the same stuff...AND there's enough fat in the chicken meat.
Pour enough dressing in the bag to just cover the meat and then squeeze all the air out and seal it.
Marinate 24hrs in the refrigerator...
grill on med/high heat for 6 min a side.
When they cool and you refrigerate them write the date on the container/bag you put them in. After 5 days move the uneaten portion to a ziplock bag, write the original date on it and put it in the freezer. It will still last months and you have a quick "oh shit I need some protein"

 

The bar I where I bartended in college had two specials every day, $1 PBR and $1 Jello shots. Both delicious. It was a mix of townies and old folks early, 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm or so, and then college kids until 2:00 am. Man I loved working there.
