Here's the email I sent to Fidelity and their response, I also attached those 3 documents that GTii posted


I purchased stock of $GTII (Global Tech Industries INC) which provided a special dividend (1 warrant per 10 shares) and the distribution of warrants to my account was to take place the 8th of April 2021 as stated in the 8-K filed 03/23/2021.

I am writing to inform you that I would like those warrants moved to GTII's transfer agent for direct book-entry registration as soon as possible.

I have attached a completed form, given to shareholders by $GTII, with further details about this request.

Thank you for contacting Fidelity. I hope you are doing well!

In reviewing your GTII warrants, I'd like to explain why we are unable to transfer your shares at this time.

We have yet to receive the final registration information from the issuer. Until this information has been received, we are unable to accept any transfer requests for this security.

Once the registration has been finalized, the process to transfer these shares would be through one of your Trading Associates. We are unable to process the forms provided in your previous email.

I apologize for the difficulties you have experienced with this process. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

Potential conflicts directly affect the markets. We have a little bit of leeway as long as we don't go down the politics rabbit hole.

 

So my losses for GME right now are -$1776. Its a sign! also total losses for the account are -$1420... another sign! (actual account is up like $1000, but due to the stock transfer, it shows down)

 

Those aren’t losses, just an opportunity to remember what the color red is before all you see is green.

 

I had to make an excel tracker sheet I manually update so I have a consolidated view of my portfolio. I have holdings in RH, Webull, Morgan Stanley, and Fidelity. If you look at them individually there all are either only slightly green or red. But together...slightly less red

I shucked 2 of the WD externals 6TB. Set them up in Windows 10 to mirror...The only issue is the mirror has to be BIGGER than the Source and because they were the same size drive it was an issue until I formatted the source drive a Tiny bit smaller than the mirror...
