lol in az u dont even need a written lease. Long as u pay something like groceries, electric, water for a set duration you count as a tenant. eviction notice has to go through court, cant be a hand written one

I think it will take a while, prob. He has 3 toolboxes and a work bench, a couple bikes, and some other large items that he'll have to find a space for.

I'm fairly certain at least 1/4 of all storage units in CA are used that way lol. Probably more now since 2020 happened.
