Can anyone confirm which size insulated clamp to have on hand for the Abs line holder?

I NEVER am on here, need to get active in the forum. So I got my JBA's last weekend, got an alignment yesterday. I have the TRD PRO Fox's, with Revtek +1.5, and I've been using the stock arms with no rubbing or cutting at all, and a full CMR. I guess the 3+ degrees got lost in translation because I was sent away with this... Figured what the hell its ok until I get 35's, I'm currently on 287/70R17 (17x9 -12). Well it wasn't "What the hell its ok for now." was fine driving come then I went to back out of my driveway and JESUS CHRIST. Ended up not being able to get another app till Friday for them to re-do it. So I went ahead and hammered my pinch weld and cut my liner. I'm guessing I should set it to maximum caster before dropping it back off to them... To make this as simple as possible. Pic of the alignment sheet and the truck...

A few mods here and there and counting....
Samething happened to me. Those bolts are made of paper. I drilled it out and was able to find a replacement bolt in my random box of hardware.

That alignment looks like crap. The arms have 3 built in caster (IIRC) so I was able to get 4.1 caster and zero camber. Your cross camber isn't even even.

Set the alignment tabs centered and tell them the caster is gonna be 3.5 and now to worry about the caster. Make the camber zero and the caster even on both sides.

Took me a few times to find someone who could actually understand negative vs positive numbers.

Yup! Have them try again or take it somewhere else. It’s frustrating. Talk to them and study up on alignment so you can get a feel for if they know what they are doing or if they only know what a computer tells them to do

Really you would set it even instead of just maxing them out? Max being front cam all the way in and rears all the way out.

I've been in touch with 4-5 alignment shops. Prices range from $80 to $229. I first ask if they do custom alignments and then tell them about the JBA high castor UCAs I plan to install.

One shop Mgr stated the Tacomas from 2018+ have the lane departure feature and when they hook up their Hunter alignment equipment the truck might need "sensor reprogramming" by another shop after the alignment is completed. He explained that aligning the Tacoma truck outside factory specs will throw off the lane departure sensors and the truck would have to be reprogrammed and their shop would not cover it. The Mgr said they would have me sign a waiver stating they would not be responsible for any sensor reprogramming as a result of their alignment procedure. I then asked the cost and he said $229 and possibly more $$ if the alignment procedure was problematic. I politely said have a good day and then good bye. WTF?????

I'm just speaking out of my ass. But that's what I did and it worked. After 4 different alignment shops.

Well after going back multiple times, and a lot of bitching and arguing. Here is where she sits. Just looking at the cam bolts there is still more caster available but I’ll take it for now. How much are you guys getting MAX for caster? Just looking at the clearance now I don’t see this being enough to clear 35’s.

With all my alignment tabs in the neutral position, I got 4 on caster and zero on my camber.

I maxed out at 2.7 per multiple alignment shops. Reach out to jba and got this reply:
Me: Hi, I’ve been to 3 alignment shops that say my alignment is maxed out with caster at 2.7 and 0 toe and camber. I called a 4 wheel parts store and they suggested I reach out to you and ask if there’s a lift requirement to achieve greater caster from the uca. So is there? I’ve installed Dobinsons adjustable coil over in front and believe I’m about at 2 inch lift in the front.

Jba: Every truck is different, height, rake, different factory tolerances and more all play a role. Your truck only came with +2 degrees of caster and + .54 camber from the factory, which are horrible 1970s era specs so +2.7 caster and 0 camber are a huge step up step up and a great improvement. Considering how difficult it can be to properly align lifted trucks you`re in very good territory.

im actually prob lifted about 2.75 driver and 2.5 passenger and def clear more on driver. Both cmc and pinch cut and flat. Rub cmc quite a bit more passenger w/ 35s. At the point of thinking about Spc’s, vs cab mount relocates.

    @Toyotico

Try the Georgia forum to see if there's any recommended alignment shops that works on OR vehicles in your city.

2.7 seems way low for JBA's.

    I'd aim for 4.0+ caster.

    I will

I’ve told every shop I’ve been to to push caster to 3.5 to 4...
I like the jba greaseabiliy and design and want it to work for me I’m limited in my reliance on alignment shops tho. People on jbas and 35’s I’m assuming
