Just to add to the conversation, this was the truss prior to fitment. [IMG]

God that is horrible. I used a ford 9" truss from ARTEC that was not cut out yet when I trussed the tundra housing.

Agreed. It took a lot more cutting than I expected to get to fit. I'm happy with the finished product but still. I would have gone with the Dirt Designs kit if they had gotten back to me but no dice.

I ended up cutting out the middle section of the truss because I knew I was going to add an upper truss to the axle. Tundra housing. It was the 9” ruff stuff truss cut to fit.

Kartek, PRP in Temecula would be a couple places I'd start with although never buying seats for a rig besides regular replacement seats I'm not 100%. That said ride in as many rigs as possible to get a feel of how they actually feel while riding or driving if you can, too.

PRP... cam make your own colors, and they have a variety of seats for every application. All depends what you want once you sit in them. I was dead set on the podium elites then sat in the Alpha Qs and ended up with those. But like others will say, you gotta sit in them to really find one you like

I sat in a bunch of seats and PRP podiums was my seat of choice. Lot of foam for hours of driving. Lot of support. You will bounce in the seat while hitting big stuff( seat belts will feel loose). I would hate the seats for racing, but for multiple days in the the dirt it is nice. My truck is only a play truck. If I drove the truck on street I'd get a less aggressive seat.

So, ill probably just have to go in to prp to see what is going to be the best option for me. Trucks a dirt on the weekends and asphalt on the weekdays and occasional trips so i want something that'll hug nice with a 4 point but also not kill you if you're driving for over an hour. My ladys mustang we put seats in and i tell you what 30-40 mins tops and im over it haha !

I know how you feel!! lol Our R8 is maybe an hour tops and your back kills you and sucks but the ACR we could drive that all day and be perfectly fine its weird how seats are.. but for offroad id suggest the podium elites, sooooooo comfy
