I know I'm way late to the party convo but I'll reassure the shit outta ya!

One of the very few quarrels the wife and I have is over the fact that I wanna pay all the bills and I don't let her help. I do it for the previous reason you stated of being the bread winner mentality, but also because she is SOOO much better at saving money compared to myself. I figure if I'm gunna spend money, it might as well be on useful things like a roof over our heads. She buys the groceries and pays for electricity and we alternate paying when eating out(unless im quicker with the card lol) she still want to contribute more, and it's the least stressful problem a couple could have. I'm thankful for it but I want her to feel secure and that's better done with a good sized saving account.. and she can do that way better than I can

Anywhozzit... if your missus wants you to not work so you can take classes and follow a passion (even if you're unsure of that passion) I vote strongly for you to do so! And to placate your desire to HAVE to work and be useful, may I recommend volunteer work at an animal shelter? They almost always want help, even if you just go and pet/talk to them for an hour a day

To be fair, I slept in the van and just stored shit in there .. tried living in the unit itself but only made it 3 wks. the complex wasn't 24hrs and I got caught on camera sneaking into the unit drunk after hours.

inkscape can trace a png and spit out an svg. Takes some fiddling sometimes if its a complicated image.

    there's https://vectormagic.com/ too
