Good Morning, got my coffee going. Just on my fourth espresso. Little like those wind-up toys, I need full caffeine to get moving.

Online filed my hail damage report with State Farm. Photo's don't quite show the full extent of damage, but there are a few spots (right next to the windshield) and a door jamb that may not allow paintless repair. Grrr.

Need to get the skid plates installed. Still cool enough I'd like to make it out to Big Bend. Stock Tires and suspension, but should be fine for the roads out there. I'd still like to carry two spare tires. I'll take a cheap ass air compressor, plug kit, and my tow strap should I find another poor Civic out there (long story) but always take extra water. Kinetic rope and some soft shackles are on my wish list.

I should get K02 on there before any wet/muddy stuff (Zion National Park). 235/85 16s would do the ticket. Steel Tacoma Wheels (painted black) with those tall suckers. Ya, I'm old enough to remember days of using a BFH to pound steel wheel bead back into place to hold air. Hmm, just how much are those tire pressure sensors?

GMRS radio would be nice, never got around to grandfathering my old 2nd class FCC license. I still remember code, but with Parkinson's not keying anymore).

Paintless Dent Repair, right there in RR, is the place to go.

He used to live down the street from me, very nice old man. RIP.

Gave me one of his vintage fly rods, it still in the wooden box in my dad's lake property.

I had it on my truck for a few months, it works great. I just changed to 3bmakers version of gas holder, it's even less effort, no screw needed, just snap on

    Hello All,

Where in the Central/North (Round Rock, Pville, NA) area are good areas to park the truck and have a picnic? Maybe even parking "off road," semi scenic area's. Thanks to all suggestions.

:pccoffee: Good Morning ATX! Yep, it's windy and mighty chilly over here in the BBQ Capital! Got a haircut on the schedule, then home to try and fix the AC - part came around dinner time last night. Don't need AC today, so it should probably fix it, right?

I think I know what you're talking about. Didn't know if it was still there or not. Might have to do some investigating.
