Lugs on hub from BamaToy1997?

    That is what I used when I had to replace a buncha studs. Grease on the threads to help keep them good. Then a few smacks with an air hammer from behind. The situation pictured, no room for smacking. I also didn’t drive it fully all at once, sorta rotated so the heat being generated had a chance to cool off to help keep the threads good.

    I don’t like using dorman anything. Arp makes some really good dense wheel studs.

    All you driveway cowboys need to be careful pulling studs through with lugnuts, you can easily ruin the threads on the new stud. The lug installer kit pictured above is heavier like an anvil and it won't spread like a thin-walled nut

    I’ve also used a ball joint separator with good success. Don’t have to worry about buggering up the new threads. Not my pic found on the interwebs but you get the idea.
