I presume the answer is no but does anyone definitively know of the exhaust from the cats back to the tail pipe from a 3rd gen 3.5L v6 fit on a 2nd gen 4.0L V6?

    thanks

The exhaust on the 2.7L stayed the same, but for the V6 the 3.5L has a longer section before the two banks merge than the 4.0L and that connection is different.

I would expect that with a bit of modification to the pre-muffler pipe it could be made to fit without too much trouble.

Just need to use your pipe from your second gen join to 3rd gen one . I also had to modify rear hanger mount because angle was different . Picked up almost new one for $40 so took a chance .

Actually the smaller one is the second gen trd exhaust . The 2nd gen reg exhaust has same muffler as the 3rd gen . (Looks thle same)

They say when we buy a car like the red one in your photo, it's a mid-life crisis, so would that make it a mid-adolescence crisis for your child?
