With all the stimulus floating around there's way to much cash on hand to cause a crash. Not gonna happen until at least 2022.

 

In August and early September of 2008 everything was 100% fine until the day it wasn't.

All of this stimulus cash and low interest rates for the last umpteen years...It's at the absolute peak right now of where it's sustainable. There's bubbles, and then there's what we're in now.

In 2008 the banks where fast and free with cash. They where bundling sub-prime packages and passing them off as grade A. They had almost no reserves and weren't required to stress test. The Mortgage Credit Availability Index was at 850.

Today banks are required to stress test monthly. They have plenty of reserve to meet a burden head on. All Mortgage Backed Securities are screened to make sure there's no bullshit. The MCAI is at 129.

American personal saving is at a 50 year high. Jobs are coming back as the pandemic lifts. The PMI is the highest it's been in 40 years.

Why is every major world bank issuing bond offerings? Would it be, perhaps, that they want cash on hand to buy up their competitors assets at a discount? Furthermore, who's buying those bonds? We're talking over $70b in bonds issued in the last week.

You up to date on the shorting of treasury bonds?

Been paying attention to the purge out of penny stocks to shore up capital?

The SEC is covering it's own ass for letting shorts run amuck.

Banks are offering bonds to raise capitol to maintain stress test levels when inflation goes up.

Bonds are getting shorted on the bet interest rates will go up declining the value of the bond. The FED has to raise them in the next year so I don't see the issue with shorting bonds. It's a hedge against inflation.

Who the fuck cares about penny stocks. Other then @TreeFortRichard lol
