2021 Tacoma TRD Pro Crawl Control issues

Hello Everyone -

I took my 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro to the dealership today. It has approximately 1,700 miles on it. Not only will crawl control not crawl up a hill, it will not crawl over a 6 inch raised concrete curb. I demonstrated its inability to crawl over the 6 inch curb at the dealership in front of the service advisor and the lead technician. They are going to contact Toyota in order to generate a case number.

Have any of your followers experienced the same problem? When I search on YouTube, and Toyota forums, many other people seem to be having the same problem with 2020 and 2021 models...

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
